A hidden gem by the lake

The staff were friendly and the dining experience on the terrace was lovely. Each meal seemed like a little celebration with nice views over the lake.

Unfortunately, the air conditioning in our room was underwhelming. A kettle would have been a nice touch too for late-night teas.

Everything was good, so were magnificent views across the lake. The location seemed super in the middle of the city. The place was a couple of blocks away from Cote Brasserie, where you can have dinner. Food was brilliant and I have nothing but really great memories from this trip.

The room is spacious and equipped with a personal safe, air conditioner, and a work desk.

The garden leading to Lake Garda provided a serene escape, while breakfast on the terrace with its stunning views was a highlight, making mornings lovely.

Picturesque location -well prepared rooms with all facilities working-efficient and friendly professional staff. Beautifull gardens and outdoor pool looking over the lake and with Garda promenade just through the gate --very enjoyable stay .

The location of the hotel with its beautiful park is sensational! The staff is friendly, courteous and polite. Breakfast is great on the terrace overlooking the lake.

The price does not meet the proposed room.

The staff were so friendly and made us feel at home right away. Bring your own kettle if you enjoy late-night tea.

The location of the hotel was very good, and very convenient as a base to explore Lake Garda. The staff were excellent, and the hotel, whilst a little dated was very clean. Leasurely continental breakfasts on the terrace overlooking the lake were a great start to the day.

No complaints. The two minor problems encountered were resolved very quickly and pleasantly

The location

The room was an exterior chalet type building. Generally everything looked worn and tired, except the front gardens and swimming pool. We asked for 2 glasses to have a drink outside our chalet and were given plastic ones. Mould on the ceiling. No hot water was running and the fridge was dirty and as we found out later leaked water all over the floor. We were moved inside the main house as compensation and had the price reduced with a bottle of wine given to us on our departure.

Staying at Hotel Du Parc was like living in a fairytale! The gardens leading to Lake Garda were amazing, while enjoying a delicious breakfast on the terrace created an lovely morning.

great views but poor air conditioning

The breakfast had an excellent variety with homemade options that set the tone for the day! The location offers fine lake views enjoyed from the dining terrace, a highlight for my special mornings. The garden view from my room was a lovely touch-an ideal setting that felt serene and inviting.

The air conditioning was less than ideal, making some nights uncomfortable.

The hotel has a fantastic location with direct access to Lake Garda, making it perfect for enjoying scenic views and relaxed evenings.

The air conditioning was insufficient during the hot nights, prompting us to buy mini fans to cope with the heat.

Absolutely adored the place! So spacious and cute, such a good breakfast experience.

Good vibes, but some hiccups

The breakfast area was super chill and had nice views, made mornings awesome. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the rude receptionist really put a damper on things when we had to move rooms suddenly. The aircon was kinda weak, which didn't help the discomfort.

The garden was fine, providing direct access to the lake, and the views from the terrace restaurant were amazing. The pool area had an amazing backdrop of the marina. I enjoyed my time lounging by the pool with such picturesque scenery!
